UPDATE:

Item #3: The Board approved and made a budget adjustment to pave all of Swordfish.

Item #4: The Board approved A. W. Babson Construction to build the Block Q stage and dance floor.  Completion is expected June 30, 2026.

The Budget work will continue with Revenue discussions on May 1.  The Pier was discussed, but nothing was determined.

 

The Board of Commissioners will hold a Special Meeting Friday, April 10 to review the planned expenses for the upcoming budget year.  They will also discuss repaving Swordfish and Tuna, and review the bids for the new Pavilion on Block Q.  In addition, there is an agenda item to discuss plans for the Pier.  You can review the agenda and meeting packet here.
