Why join the Holden Beach Property Owners Association?

Below are the ways that we think HBPOA benefits its members:

  1. Advocates for property owners.
  2. NewsBlasts sent via email with pertinent information so you can be engaged whether you are a resident or not.
  3. Membership meetings.  Saturdays of Easter, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving weekends.
  4. Owners Focus Forums – informative public meetings on important issues we face.
  5. HBPOA Newsletters
  6. Special Reports – Beach Renourishment, Property Insurance, Terminal Groins, Trends, etc.
  7. Community Service Projects – Our Community Service Projects are our way of giving back to the community.  Examples include the Playground and support for Concerts by the Coast.

Dues are $15 annually and membership is open to anyone owning real property on Holden Beach.

You may also join by sending your check to HBPOA, PO Box 376, Supply, NC 28462.  Dues are $15 per year.  Please include your email address(es) and the Holden Beach property address along with your permanent address and phone number.  You can also fill out and print this Membership Form to mail with your check if that is easier!

    I recently bought a house in Holden Beach, I did not know about this association but you might answer my question. I’m looking for an alternative to TV, right now I have ATMC but I am trying to reduce cost, any of you use something else such as Netflix or Hulu, Hulu now have life TV…
